Here is the basic outline for my business concept and what I would like the planned web site to feature.Before bidding study www.imwithchris.com to get a full idea regarding the scope of work!1.Business concept: a localized deals alerts and SMS coupons web site, free of charge for subscribers looking for discount offers and coupons provided by local retail and service businesses. Advertizers (clients) will pay a monthly subscription fee to be a part of this web site service.
Local shoppers can go onto the website, view the businesses and request the coupon to be sent directly to their cell phone-OR- the shopper can text directly to the keyword (short code) and get the coupon without having to go to the web. Either way, the advertisers will get a new subscriber that they can send to weekly updates and offers to their cell phone.
2.Revenue Model: a subscription fee is charged to the advertisers for a monthly service plan. Includes listing on the web site, X number of messages per month, banner placement on the site, account management.
3. Software/Website:
a) Mobile Marketing Software platform

System e-mails, notifications, auto-responder cabability.

Suggest a retailer form for users
Categories/ Subcategories, editable by Admin
Three user levels:
Subscriber panel: registration form with demographic data, update info, create and manage "My Favorites" businesses they wish to receive promos from,search for businesses , opt-out from subscriptions,account cancellation option.
Client/advertiser : log-in and update company info,billing info; view billing history report; upgrade/downgrade subscription packages; create/edit/ remove campaigns and keywords, schedule broadcasts now or in the future; cancel account.
Admin Panel: view all advertisers and subscriber data, message logs, create reports -sales by advertiser, sales by representatives, sales rep commission report, messages sent by day and advertiser, banners placement and management, accounts suspension/activation; articles and content management.
c) Security: data encryption and hack safe features, database back up, secure payment processing and etc.
d) Payment gateway- Paypal, pay by check, credit cards

To ALL: I am having trouble finding a SMS Gateway provider which offers cross-carrier platform for Guam.That platform must support both CDMA & GSM phones.
if you have a solution, including by-passing the need for a SMS Gateway service do not hesitate to send me a PM.
Also, when bidding on my project be a little more specific as to how you envision the project realization when it comes to one very important detail: the end users must be able to subscribe to a particular business, not to a general category, but at the same time, their info(phone #) must be invisible to the advertiser who will be sending out messages to HIS subscribers list. I hope i am clear about it, if you have further questions PM-me.
