Project Description:
Looking for a *professional* link-builder for a site in English (keyword in English, Keywords and URL will be shared with relevant bidders)Please bid for a creation of *40* *approved* links.
Link Quality
• Pre-defined, specific, anchor text used for all the links and associated URLs.
• The pages where our link is placed on must be Google PR1 or higher (not the homepage, the actual page where the link is placed).
• Links must be on pages with 30 outbound links *at most*.
• Links must be permanent, static html links. NEVER expire and not require further payments, Must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
• One link per domain / Class C IP
• Links must be relevant.
• Link page must have been indexed and cached by Google, MSN, Yahoo! or Bing by at least 30 days (brand new pages will not be accepted).
• Links must not be labeled sponsored, links, ads etc. We need real quality links.
• Must be MANUALLY submitted. No use of automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis, Nuke, Gvakoma tools, or others).
• No directory submissions, forum posts, blog-commenting, article submissions, social bookmarks, links from guest books, within newsgroups, yahoo groups, CL sites.
• Active sites only, no construction sites.

• Only white hat methods, Only legitimate ways
• One way links only (no reciprocal links)
• ABSOLUTELY NO link exchange programs or web rings.
• Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and link
• No paid traffic/payment sites.
• No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics.
• Google guidelines for building links must be followed and no way should be compromised.No black-hat tactics. No blacklisted or Spam sites or spamming techniques. No banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal or hate-based sites.
• No hidden, cloaked, or redirected in any way
• Links should not be listed, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or blacklisted
General Terms
• We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
• Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider.
• We will require an excel report with the following info weekly.
- Site Title
- Site URL
- Site PR
- URL of page with link
- URL Page PR
- Anchor Text
- Date Submitted
- Date Accepted
- IP address of the web site.
Prior work
Please provide us an example of your work. (i. e. one of your sites, similar work with an actual traffic and ranking report, and a few incoming links for that project you developed):
• References to similar successfully completed projects to indicate your work quality.
• A description of SEO techniques you will be using and how you intend to obtain the links during the project timeline.
