Research Project -- Find Contact State for A List of Website

I have a list of 4000 websites that need to be researched. There are approximately 1000 duplicates that appear in different categories.You will provide an Excel sheet with the following columns:
Site URL (provided)
Site Name (provided)
Site Category (provided)
WHOIS State -- Look up the state of registration using a WHOIS tool (eg, http://www.whois.net). If the domain is registered as Private/Privacy, enter "Private" If it is a non-US country, enter the country.
Contact State -- Go to the website and try to find a "Contact Us" section or any other section with a contact address. Enter the state that you find. If you are unable to find anything, enter "Unknown."
Upon completion, we will randomly spot check 50-100 entries for accuracy of the project.
We need this project completed within 2 weeks of awarding the winner.
