Create an application that can create & send multiple invoices in 1 go. This application would be similar to the PayPal masspay product - but instead of using a file to send multiple parties money it will reverse it & allow the sending of multiple invoices at once. The application will need to take a file (csv, excel, pages etc) that has a certain fields with custom inputs s allow the creation & sending of multiple invoices at once. Then the app will use the inputs to create & send multiple invoices in one go. Creation & inclusion of PayPal pay now buttons in the emails that are sent is required (using a PayPal buynow button from the button factory so this piece is really simple) The application should allow a few settings to be entered & saved such as biller name, from email address, tax id number, address & phone number, a logo that will be displayed in the e-invoice, terms & conditions of payment terms etc... Also a preview function to see how the pre-set inputs will look in the electronic invoice Fields for the invoices include: Recipient name, Recipient address, invoice details such as product or service description, price, tax, due date Ideally this application should be cross platform but if not Windows would be 1st preference. Can the application send the emails or will it need to plug into an outlook or an email exchange system to send? |
