I need 3000 +PR 4-10 Permanent Quality Backlinks for 3 websites.

Please quote for 3000+ as per title.
Requirement are as follows :

* All links must be at least PR4 on the page were the link is coming from
* All links must come from websites pertaining to law or lawyers
* All links must be dofollow
* Page Rank is for page that has the backlink - not the homepage or other page on the site.
* Only backlinks from English Websites.
* No spam links.
* No link farms accepted.
* One link per domain will be counted per site so 1000 links must come from 1000 different domains.
* Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google.
* Link page must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices.
* Page should not be excluded by robots.txt.
* No links from "under construction" pages.
* No sites which ask for money later.
* No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising
* No blog comment spamming, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups.
* No link from: torrent sites, file sharing forums, guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or black hat sites.
* All links must be ONE WAY non-reciprocal links from relevant websites.
* Links must be static HTML links. Including the target keywords I provide in anchor text.
* Links must be permanent, active, never expiring.
* Links must be in text, no graphics.
* No use of black hat software/techniques. You must build links manually at 1-3 per day per site and spread them over at minimum of 50 weeks.
* I will not pay for links on irrelevant sites and links that are nofollow
* Detailed Excel file to be provided by you weekly with all linking posts URLs and a then final report once work is finished.
* Will provide you with the anchor text you need to use and any other relevant information.
* Reference. Show the past link building work you've completed. It will be held in confidence.
* Experience is important and proof of quality work and extensive experience is required

We will pay you weekly depending on the progress It will be prorated your bid/3000 and paid per each link a maximum of 20 links per week per site for a total of 60 links per week. You will be working on three sites. After verification of links you will get paid weekly.

The link builder should be highly experienced. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience.
Good results will mean ongoing business for you - we have a bunch of sites.

Please note: White-hat is crucial and required. Black-hat or Grey-hat methods will not be accepted.

You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet before payment is made: Clickable hyperlink, Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address as well as the date placed.

Read the above terms carefully. If you agree to terms, you're welcome to bid. Ongoing monthly opportunity for competent white Hat service meeting the above requirements.

$100 bonus if you can successfully get 1,500 do follow Pr5 links. You must reach this stage within a 50 week period to get bonus. Each link must be from a unique domain and the page with the link just be a pr5+ link. You must reach this state on or before week the 50th week you get the bonus. The links must comply with the above conditions.

$50 additional bonus if you obtain 150 links, 50 each website on pr4+ pertaining to personal injury law or tort law. To get bonuses the page where the link is must be a PR4+ and must comply with above conditions.

$300 additional bonus on top of all bonuses if all 3,000 links come from websites pertaining to personal injury or tort law.

Project ends when you stop working on project or 50 week period expires. Or the 1,000 links per site is reached for a total of 3,000
