Website : A simple Social bookmarking site like indianpad, voteupindia,stumbleupon with few extra features.Technology : Use wordpress , mysql.
Features:
1) submit stories can vote on stories
2) create a plugin with features like
Users can register, login and earns points for each story submited .
User page will show the user info and no of stories submitted and no of points earned
points can redeemed by money or giftcards. Users can see the report.
3) UI should be impressive and please suggest how to keep site faster with increasing
traffic after the Launch. Also suggest for the hosting account.
4) There will be admin screen to assign points with rewards and send the rewards to the users etc
I need a freelancer who can understand my need and create the site accordingly. I want someone dedicated
to the job and can finish work ontime. Should follow the instruction in correct way. If u cannot please do not bid for
the project. If i am satisfied with the job, i will assign more projects. So please only serious bidders.
After approval need to show 2 mock ups. If i like i will proceed.

---------- This can be achieved by caching frequent visitors and their profile. We do have a several type of cache and we have a searching algorithm to search it very fast than other sites.

------------- I could understand your requirement on this and we can achieve this by the help of caching. In initially we can just host in the by getting normal site setup, after that we shall plugin some new reuters and servers to handle the traffic.
