Hi I'm an expert linux user who would be able to do this for you. I have installed many different server programs and configured them before. I understand how to do this quickly and efficiently and would be able to do this for you in about an hour depending on how fast your internet connection is. I can either ssh into your server and guide you through the process if you need help. The link for that is http://ubuntuguide.org/wiki/Ubuntu:Lucid#Setup_an_SSH_server . Or you could use TeamViewer if you have a desktop environment installed. Either way I would be able to help you with the process to install the BigBlueButton server.
