Article rewriting - Need article writers to retell articles

I need article writers who write on English.I have a list of articles that are written and I need writers just to retell them.
Provider will get articles URLs and he/she will need to create retelled story.
Conditions :
- Writer must write on English.
- Writer must use spellchecker in Ms Word to check text errors.
- Writer must have copyscape account and to check text at copyscape.
For this job - you can bid $30 for start.
I will choose freelancer who offer the biggest number of articles for $30.
Afther this, I hope, it will be more jobs. All articles will be around 400 words.
This job post is the same as last last one. I have already found long term freelancer who writes revrwrited article $0,75 per article but I need more writers because it will be a lot of jobs in future, so freelancer can hope for more long term relationship.
