Project Description:

You need to add javascript code to my existing html form code. see attachmenet test.php and test_process.php


The Javascript need to check if credit card number have enter in the card number input field. If they have enter the card number the customer must chose the (first option) Secure Credit Card radio option in the right hand side. Otherwise if they chose second (Personal Cheque/Bank Cheque/Money Order) or third (Bank Transfer Payment) option it will pop up a alert windows to warning the customer need to either chose "Secure Credit Card" Option or they need to clear the Credit Card input box.

please work on the test.php and test_process.php file
