Not sure if this is possible or not....but....

An app that when you run the app, you can select your most commonly run apps. The app will cache the startup process so that when you run the "common app", this app will speed up the load time.

This app is a simple accelerator to speed the load time of your most commonly used apps.

I DO NOT have a big budget for this....looking for a first project? Need feedback!? This project is for you!
