Hey Guys,

I need a single web-page re-designed, as the current design is messed up with links, fonts & image size issues etc. After the page is re-designed, the next task would be user registration form.

The user registration form is used to register doctors in US to use our products. Now, this is where it gets interesting, if you know PHP-MySQl with website design, it would be easier. I already have the user registration form in the site.

After a doctor registers with our site, we will automatically create a single web-page for them with preset format and content, only things that will change in the newly created web-page would be doctors name, location and certain other keywords in the format.

I will provide the content to be used for the new web-page. Now for example, if 10 doctors in America registers with the site, there would be 10 pages created using different information with basic content being the same. something like dating, social networking sites, which has same layout for all users but with different information based on users inout...in this case we will take the input information from the user registration form.

It would be an on going work as the number of registered users grows, we would be making changes to the pages accordingly.
