  We have our offshore development center in Delhi / Gurgaon & Kurukshetra, India with the head office in Houston, USA. We have a team of highly skilled professional developers in India managed by quite experienced project managers. Our USA team people (architects, project managers, director) have experience of more than 15 years in different industry verticals with education levels of Ph.D.
  
  We have various financial models and are very flexible with the pricing models that make the best sense. Same way we have different work models in which we have a team working onsite and offshore depending on the size of the project and its requirements. Our guys can travel to US on a timely basis if required).
  Ø Coming back to your project and looking at its requirements I would like to tell that we have done several major projects in JAVA, J2EE (JSP, EJB, STRUTS, Hibernate, Tapestery, Spring etc.), XML, PHP/ MySQL, Visual Basic, Graphic Design, Flash, ASP. NET .
  As per project posting, you require a team of Approx. 10 developers in the requisite field. But the level of expertise needed has net been mentioned anywhere so we cannot put in any firm bid as the costing / bid will be solely dependent on the expertise required.
  Hence we will be put our firm bid / pricing for this project after getting the details of people required.
  All the details, screenshots, and standards of coding are ready with us. As soon we get the above details we will send our bid.

  This is a large project that is made up of up 30 smaller projects.
  
  Small projects are mainly ENHANCEMENTS.
  
  Coding is in VB, .NET & J2EE.
  
  I am looking for a TEAM ONLY. I CANNOT TAKE ON INDIVIDUALS!!
  
  I am currently preparing a document for my client. If you want to be considered then I will need the following:
  
  1. Details of .NET & J2EE developments carried out.
  2. Examples of work (this can be screen shots).
  3. Examples of standard of coding (same as above).
  
  Please post the above information to be considered. If you dont, then I will not consider your team.
  
  I will require VERY REGULAR reporting on this job, hence your level of English must meet our and my clients requirements.
  
  Timeline is that 6-10 months work is available.
