Project Description:
hello,see attached files, work is to design same type of device.
here some specs :
- sheetmetal end plates maybe could be used, for easy disammeble and transport (see sheetmetal.jpg)
- rollers distance should somehow adjustable, because vehicle wheelbase (axle distances) are different
- manufacturing drawings and bill of materials are required
- european materials, components and metric dimensioning should be used
- you should make small improvement to attached design
- bill of material required
this is NOT only modelling work, so please don't make any comments if you can't do design/engineering work also.
if you are amateur or not experienced on mechanical designing, please don't bid then, it is just wasting of everyones times.
i accept only solid works.

in respect of your job description first we will inform we cannot use Solidworks. But we use Autodesk Mechanical Desktop. Autodesk inventor. Pro-Engineer wildfire, and For piping layout we use Bently 2004. and for analysis are done in ANSYS.
these all software have the ability to generate manufacturing drawings. from 3D Solid.
