Project Description:

I need someone who is an expert with building and designing mobile applications, web design, and server configuration.

The mobile application and web site will work directly together between the server and database. that will work on all possible and available types of cell phones, and can put everything together so it can be downloaded easily to a Mobile device.

This will be a large database contained on a server that will be accessed and added to from both the mobile app and the website. This project also requires someone that can build GPS and Geotagging features into a mobile application.

Features Requirements

I need a combination of the following websites’ main features like,
http://www.unitymobile.com/pricing.html
http://www.admob.com/
http://advertising.4info.com/

Able to create mobile web site as of unitymobile, plus able to create icon and download it to its own mobile phone.
Send SMS with credit by attaching to 3rd party API like clickatel.

This application will be available for Advertisers, Publishers and Agencies only.

More, we also need traditional SMS/texting message and MMS for this project. Keyword is pre-set by Administrator and allow user to pull information from the server directly without using the internet services. This can be managed with a standalone desktop server with local sim card to be inserted.

Ensure all database is secure managed upon retrieving via internet or desktop. Allow to export into excel format.

We are not app developers and therefore we need quality exporter to do this project and on-going medication of this project in the long-run.

Please note, we need clear and clean manual and documents for using this application once you have done for us, and bug free workable source code.

My idea here posted is for reference and hoping to find the experience programmers to share and give excellent services of this project.
