A Project on the design of an sms sending site, that is a site that would be able to send short messages to cell/mobile phone numbers to both local and international numbers.

DESCRIPTION
- Setting up of the necessary sms sending infrastructure and making it to be automatically be controlled remotely through the website.
- Design of an administrators control panel with the following features
- Complete User Account Management like deleting, editing and funding of sms credit.
- User Account Control like placing sms limit, giving free sms to specific/selected users.
- Spam Control on Text Messages Sent.
- Advert Placement on Site
- Instant Payment through Liberty Reserve and an overview of how funding can be automated through direct bank deposit via email confirmation to a confidential email box.

Any other addins would be welcomed that would be between the cost range.
