Project Description:

Design a flash based Web-to-print module with Magento.

Customizations
• All user inputted data has a predefined location and cannot be moved by the customer, set by the administrator and can have multiple styles.
• Predefined font, font size, color, and font style.
• The ability to preview the file in a high quality PDF (350dpi) and have the PDF store in a folder on the website or e-mail.
o Once the PDF is created, the filename must be a unique job ID number (1001, 1002, 1003, etc).
o The user preview does not need to be in high quality.
• Administrator easily can create a new product by first selecting the size (in inches or mm), then selecting whether the product will have front and/or back.
• In multiple optional rows, if user does not fill a middle row, then editor should understand this and fill up above row for printing.
• Validations for text boxes with email id and phone numbers, where only numbers can be present in the text box for phone number.

User Frontend
The user will select the product and the individual design through Magento. Once they click on the product to customize it

QTY & Pricing Display
Quantity and pricing should be displayed as soon as the product loads. The default quantity for all items should be 500.

Pricing will be determined by the paper type multiplied by quantity plus base cost

Paper Type (PT) = paper style (14 point Gloss Coated, etc) + rounded corners + UV Covered + Color
[PT x QTY] + Setup = Price

‘Pick Logo’ Tab
• Have the ability to select from several logos already uploaded to system
• No ability to upload a picture for this option (or at least turned off in the backend)
‘Pick Paper Type’
The default paper availability should be
• 14 point Gloss Coated
• 16 point Dull Cover
• 100 lb Recycled
Paper Type should be changeable for each product and can be updated in the backend. Should be able to add an unlimited number of paper types (if needed).

Rounded Corners?
Radio Buttons of ‘Yes’ or ‘No’
Ability to turn off in backend. Ability to enter a price in the backend for this attribute.

UV Covered?
Dropdown of ‘Yes’, ‘No’, ‘Front Only’, or ‘Back Only’
Ability to turn off in backend. Ability to enter a price in the backend for this attribute.

Color?
Dropdown of ‘Color Both Sides’, ‘Color Front Side Only’ or ‘Color Back Side Only’
Ability to turn off in backend. Ability to enter a price in the backend for this attribute.

‘Add Data’ Tab
User will have the ability to enter in the following information:
• Name
• Title
• Address (1 line)
• City
• State
• Zip Code (5 digits only)
• Work Phone (automatically places number in xxx-xxx-xxxx format)
o Extension Number (Optional)
• Mobile Phone (automatically places number in xxx-xxx-xxxx format)
• Fax Number (automatically places number in xxx-xxx-xxxx format)
• E-Mail Address
User Interface will somewhat look like this (without the color scheme options):

‘Upload Self Picture’ Tab
• One Style of business cards, the user will need the ability to upload a self picture.
This option can be turned on and off in the backend

Demo Items Created
Should make 5 examples of the following:
• 1 Business Card with the ability to upload a self-picture
• 1 Business Card without the ability to upload a self-picture.
• 1 Letterhead
• 1 Envelope
• 1 Notepad
