  I need an application that could send bulk emails address through smtp's and using proxy's.
  
  The application should work on windows platform (all versions and screen resolution)

  - Option to stop the email sending process and start again from where it left at a later time

  Campaigns:
  
  
  1) Attachment is missing from the picture. Please add an attachment function and button there.
  2) Load email list. Please add function/s and button/s for this too.
  
  - CSV email lists support - make the email message unique by including personal information about receiver
  - "E-mail address","First Name","Last Name","UserID","etc" - On here could be more or less informations. It depends in any campaign.
  
  
  3) The letter can contain special characters like: german, french, spanish, russian letters. Please ask for more questions.
  
  
  Note:
  - Send emails on threads let me set the threads (1,2,3....etc). On threads I mean to send a package of message using a smtp and a proxy, change the both smtp and proxy when the package of messages was sent. Change the SMTP and also the Proxy if they are down after first failed process.
  - Supports huge email lists without affecting memory
  - Attachment support
  - save each campaign for always until Is deleted by user. Let me to give a name on each letter. I can create multiple campaigns, each campaign having it's own email lists and email templates.

  SMTP Settings:
  
  
  1) On click check/uncheck all
  2) On click active/unactive this function. If the box is unchecked send 1 message/session (default).
  3) Use delay between sending emails (between threads, let me know to set the delay time in seconds)
  
  
  Note:
  - the red collor means that SMTP is down.
  - the green collor means that SMTP is working.
  - when I'm checking the smtp list I have to provide a list of emails that will receive the test messages. The message should contain a specified letter & subject and then the application should include in the subject message the smtp:user:pass that was used to be checked.

  Proxy Settings:
  
  
  1) Example of proxy: 3:111.111.111.111:0000 (3 = IS A HTTP PROXY, 111.111.111.111 = SERVER, 0000 = PORT) If the proxy need's authentication then the proxy will be 3:111.111.111.111:0000:user:pass.
  2) Example of proxy: 4:111.111.111.111:0000 (4 = IS A SOCKS4, 111.111.111.111 = SERVER, 0000 = PORT) If the socks4 need's authentication then the socks4 will be 4:111.111.111.111:0000:user:pass.
  3) Example of proxy: 5:111.111.111.111:0000 (5 = IS A SOCKS5, 111.111.111.111 = SERVER, 0000 = PORT) If the socks5 need's authentication then the socks5 will be 5:111.111.111.111:0000:user:pass.
  
  Note: The proxy/socks list will be .txt files, one per line, See example:

  Variables:
  
  
  Powerful variable (macro) support - You can define variables and associate text files to them so when you will use them in your custom messages. A line will be picked from the file that will replace the variable in the text where you have placed the variable. Example: seting a variable #LINK# and associating a text file with it will replace any match of the variable in the fields with a line from the associated file.
  
  Sorry because I didn't attached a picture with the GUI of this menu also but It will be very easy for you to keep the same design from the rest of menu's.

  1) THE APPLICATION SHOULD BE LIGHT AND WORK FAST BECAUSE SPEED COUNTS!
  2) Password prottected required.
  3) I prefer that application to be developed in delphi.
  4) I'm requiring for full attention on it and proffesional quality provided.
  5) Count the lines when needed (when the smtp/proxy/emails list is viewed please count all informations)

  My name is Florin and i am Delphi programmer with almost 7 years of experience.
  I have built in the past some applications that involved email sending and/or email reading.
  I have attached a print screen from an app i am using on daily basis for sending emails, you will find some details there. Take a look at it for some details.
