Rebuild an ASP.NET WebControl to use Coolite

Project Description:

I'd like to upgrade a number of existing ASP.NET WebControls to utilize the modern Coolite Ajax Control Toolkit.

For instance, there's a control, among others, that produces an editable web form from its XML-specification and then saves the results into database. It is capable to host an arbitrary set of controls of the following list:
* Label
* Button
* TextBox
* CheckBox
* CheckBox List
* DropDown List
* RadioButton List
* DateTime Picker
* Html Editor
* ImageSelector (another WebControl)
* FileUploader (another WebControl)
* UserControl (an arbitrary UserControl)

All these should be replaced with their Coolite analogs while retaining the existing functionality.
This is the most complex one. There are a number of simpler controls either.

The candidate must be familiar with the TDD-model and also have strong English communication skills, so that be able to efficiently collaborate with other team members remotely.
