Hi, we are a transcription company based in SF California looking to develop our own transcription software. can you design and develop a medical transcription work flow software for our company.

Roles


1. Master Admin

a. Manage Admin, create many Admin logins

b. Have all the roles assigned to admin



2. Admin

a. Upload/Delete voice recordings and allow access of recordings to a group of users

b. Upload/Edit/Delete saved documents

c. Add/Edit/Delete users

d. Add/Edit/Delete user groups

e. Email any file (voice/document) to anyone

f. Fax any document

g. Publish any document for review of a particular user group from : Doctor/Editor/Transcriptionist OR Publish and assign responsibility of review to any User

h. Assign/Re-assign ownership of a particular document to any user

i. Print Documents

j. Download voice recordings

k. See document edit and workflow status

l. Take reports of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly completed jobs

m. Take reports of number of lines completed by editors and transcriptionists

n. Manage turnaround times for documents to be transcripted, default is 24hr

3. Editor

a. Publish any document for review and assign responsibility to a particular user group from

d. Revert back document to editor/transcriptionist

e. Can send comment, feedback to transcriptionist, admin or editor

g. Can track who is transcribing or editing

Workflow
1. An outside agent records a voice message on phone/any audio system and it come diretly to our ftp site.

2. An admin user uploads the voice message on the server

3. Admin user assigns the voice message to an transcriptionist user or an transcriptionist user group

4. A transcriptionist user can download the voice message

5. Transcriptionist can create new document

6. Transcriptionist can change ownership of his document so that other transcriptionist can see/edit it

7. Transcriptionist then publishes the document to editor

8. Editor reviews and can publish it further to admin, he can revert back to the originator transcriptionist for correction, or he can correct and publish to admin

9. Editor can print/email/fax the document

10. Admin reviews the document and publishes to doctor
