Keylogger PCB board that runs off battery

Project Description:
Who takes this project must be able to deliver 20 of these PCB boards to start. The PCB board will be small and will run off a 3.7v lithium rechargeable battery. The PCB board will have 10 push buttons connected to it. When you push any of the 10 push buttons the PCB board will log the strokes in the internal memory. One of the push buttons when pressed will time stamp the data. The PCB board will be plugged into the computer by a USB cable to charge the battery or to download the button key strokes that were pressed.Its very simple. We need someone who can program this and deliver the PCB boards very fast. Hoping within a week or two at max since its a very simple project.
We will use escrow if that is okay with you.

I have a PDF file that was uploaded for the correct instructions on what will be done so there is no misunderstanding. Please let me know the time and price will take to deliver 20 of these boards. The boards should have small components and the least amount of components on them to keep everything small..
