I have handled different campaigns in the US, Canada and Australia. Worked with different industries specifically Website Development/Enhancement, Commercial Services, Merchant Services (cash advance, credit card processing), IT Products and Services, Business to Consumer and Business to Business. I also did some effective call to invite campaigns suited for seminars and webinars.
Currently, I am using a VoIP line connected to a computer with Intel Pentium dual core processor T2330 hooked up to a DSL Internet Connection with a speed of 2Mbps. The voice quality is excellent and I have a local DID number that appears on the caller ID.

Hello! I am very interested in applying for your job opening. I have 6 years call center experience including customer service and inbound/ outbound sales. I am very fluent in English as I studied in International School and all my teachers were American so I was able to adapt their way in speaking the language. I am also an expert in sales as this is one of the skills that I've learned working in the call center industry. In making a sale you don't have to brag about the benefit of once product but you have to make them realize that they need this product that we are offering in order for the customer to think that they should have it. It is like painting a picture in the customers mind letting them imagine what will be the positive outcome if they purchase your product. I am able to start asap and able to work full time as this is y bread and butter from now on since I decide to work full time at home. Meaning I am aiming to work at my best and establish a long term working relationship to my clients. I am also handling a group of telemarketers who has been an expert in this field since all of us came from call center that specializes in sales. I think my team will be an asset to your company.
