Project Description:

We are looking for an expert with deep specific knowledge of cross-flow blowers and ANSYS CFX simulation to help us optimize the patented design.

Before we award the project, we have an UNPAID test assignment to gauge the expertise of the prospective CFD contractor - i.e. simulate CFM vs Static Pressure charts at t=23 C and 1,400 RPM, 1,500 RPM and 1,600 RPM for a given design (IGS format - attached here).

We will then use the known experimental results from our test bench against ANSYS CFX simulation to get a good idea of the accuracy and expertise of the bidders.

Subsequently, the selected bidder(s) will be offered a similar real-life paid project with a possibility of establishing the long-term relationship, depending on the successful bidder's budget requirements and expertise.
