Hi,I'm in a process of building a site in which users will be able to upload pictures.
I'm afraid people will abuse it by uploading adult pictures etc.
What you'll have to build is a testing environment where I'll be able to upload a picture and the system will tell whether it's adult content or not (swimming suits are considered adult pictures for me).
I don't want you to create the tool to identify the pictures, there are probably already made scripts we can download (or if there is a need to buy it, let me know and I'll buy it).

There really isn't such a thing. What you really need is a way to take the uploads, but not allow them to be viewable until they are approved by an administrator or moderator. If the image isn't approved, then it's deleted. Drop me a response back if this is to your liking.
