Project Description:

We need a Linux Embedded Developer for:

1 - Propose a Linux Single Board Computer (Production Grade) for developing embedded Automation products.
Requirements: Highend SBC Kit with min.400MHz/256MB RAM & Preferably 800MHz/512MB RAM or more. with Eithernet, WiFi, USB Host(Min. 2), LCD (Min 2.5inch), Keypad (min 16 keys) or touchscreen, RS232(min 1). GPRS/EDGE/3G addon/inbuilt preferable, Rechargable Battery optional.
Highend ARM10/11 based or Intel Atom based SBC preferable. For computing applications involving LAMP & higher RAM/CPU usage.

You have to Propose an SBC kit that is cost effective say available in for under USD200 with modules with a stable supported version of Linux.

2 - Software Development work will be given after approval of the SBC hardware and Linux for development of small wall mount terminal (kiosk) with additional hardware like card readers & thermal printers. involving registration of users with cards, verification of the card and printing of the coupons.
