Hi there,

I'm currently looking for a freelancer with expert knowledge in PHP/MySql/Javascript/AJAX etc.

The website has 4 different tier based referral system. Each tier depend on what they are paying monthly. Without being a paying member they can not be enlisted into the program. Essentially a downline system.

What needs to be done:
-User registration system
-User referral system
-Automatic payment processing through PayPal/CreditCard
-Ability to track users by their referral
-A way for each user to announce they are looking for referrals (maybe a checkbox in their profile ) after which their name will appear on a separate page where every premium member can invite them to be referred by them and the page will remove their name when they successfully join the program.
-Ability for users to see their referral count and earnings after being logged in
-A support forum for users
