easy project csv to grid in webpage

this is one stock by changing symbol we can have the data for another symbol.
means one link to download will work for all symbols just by changing name

like this.
what out client needs is that we need to fetch data from site and show the output into the table on web page.
either it can be done by storing data into sql and the showing them into the table.
or best option is that fetch the latest values and show into table.
development ca be done in .net or php
