Need 12k local facebook fans for Photography Fan Page

Project Description:

I'm looking for 15,000 LOCAL Facebook fans within 150 miles of zipcode 90058.

The added Fans must meet these requirements:

* All fans must be real people with active facebook pages (no fake accounts) or accounts at risk of being suspended soon.

* 100% of fans must be from within 150 miles of 90058 (Los Angeles, CA)
* All fans must have 50+ friends and a minimum of 4 photos
* All fans must be aged 18 and over
* All fans must have status updated that go back a maximum of 15 days
* All Fans should be acquired gradually over a period of 30-60 days

1) No spam and no unethical means of advertising. The Fan Page must NOT be banned for you're actions.

2) We will pay 30% of the money after 5000 Facebook Fans have joined the page/account, 30% at 1000 Facebook Fans, and the remaining balance after 15,000 fans are reached.

3) Final payment will be delivered 7 days after the deadline in order for us to investigate whether subscribers, fans and followers are real. Any persons (accounts) that are suspended after this period must be replaced.

4) I need to see a detailed plan about how you are going to achieve the target numbers.

5) You need to demonstrate that you have done this kind of work before.

If terms and conditions are not met, I have reserve the right to withhold any, all, or some of the payment.
