    Hi CherNY, I am offering my services for your project and if you are in New York, I am situated in New Jersey maybe we could touch base on your project and see how it goes. Most of the work I do is intranet based mostly from Merrill Lynch (trade and quote applications UI's w/ .NET(VB, C#..), Web services, ASP, Java, XML remote scripting etc.). Based on your description of the project, it seems to require the typical groupware functions, like user authentication, policy based access rights, database inserts, updates, etc. We have the latest version of Dreamweaver and Visual Studio, and I think we can do this for you rather quickly, provided that all the design workflows have been ironed out :)

    costing of a website is relational to its functions. without knowing the basic requirement most of the people won't be able to bid since, they have a costing pattern to follow rather than having troubles on mid-way.

    How about you tell us what you need and we'll describe your deliverables with a timeline and an accurate quote.

    How can these people really say they can do it for a certain ammount they dont even know what you need. Dont trust anyone that stupid with your money. If i asked you to paint a house would you immediately fire out a quote without looking to see how big the thing was? Nor would anyone else planning on doing a good job, just someone more concerned about making money. Let knockout do it. We're new to this system but not new to the game, we have some heavy hitters we can list for you, as well as provide you with an accurate quote. So let us know if your interested in something better.
