Using the current site http://www.3leggedtoad.com color scheme to design a new template and logo. I want this site to be a content driven site that I can update using Frontpage and I want the ability to create new pages.

    Where are you going to use php?, is the size on a windows or linux server? You want pages setup with all the styles intact, but without the content? Who is going to be responsible for navigation if there is content that could help direct navigation?
