My name is Patrick, I am a programmer/analyst for a law firm (telecommuting from home). I have been using VB, VBA, Access, SQL, relational databases, Crystal Report, and many other satellite development software for 8 years. I also worked for Lowe's hardware headquarters. My reliability is %100. Realistically now I would do this project for $6000 to $8000...programming in VB, Access, SQL is what I do for a living. Hi I can do this for you in visual basic 5.0 with an MS access database as requested but keep in mind that us programmers are not slaves. ACT! is a very large and complex piece of software, to replicate it requires a tremendous amount of work. I would also like to discuss your choice of programming language. I can do it Visual Basic if you want but VB is not well suited to this sort of application. I would do this in C++. (BTW, ACT! is in C++) But if you want Visual Basic, I'll use Visual Basic. less
