Project Description:
We need to build a community where users post articles for certain topics. The topics can be started by the users or given.Other users rate and thus rank those contributions. This will push the better results up the list and the worse down, worst will get voted out altogether.
We would have to have someone who can programm something very simply to be used in various different sites, all html.
Can be .NET ASP based with simple database function using .mdb. Needs to be very easily to implement, run.
