  This is my proposal for the work:
  
  Customer comes to site, and signs up as an affiliate.
  1. What information does he need to enter?
  a. First, Last Name
  b. Phone Number
  c. PayPal account email address
  d. Regular email address?
  e. Mailing address
  2. An affiliate ID is automatically assigned to him as a number
  3. He is emailed a link to verify his account
  4. Clicking the verify link sends him a confirmation email with a link to his page and a link to his admin screen
  5. From admin screen he can
  a. modify his personal information and view clicks
  b. get HTML code to enter on his site.
  
  
  Administrator Screen
  1. Administrator goes to special page and enters password
  2. He can view user activity, click throughts etc.
  3. He can reset information, or manually add/subtract amounts
  4. He can delete users
  5. He can view sales log
  6. He can add new banners, and text links
  
  An additional script automatically generates custom referral pages--
  1. I'm not sure this is necessary. Why not just a link that will manage click throughs?
  2. If it is necessary, this page will be created dynamically
  3. http://www.myurl.com/pages/id_number will generate a page with the links encoded.
  
  
  To begin I would need to have some more information.
  
  1. Site FTP info so I can login and install this.
  2. Information on how you currently process orders and URL to credit card processing company's FAQ and support pages.
  
  Once we get started we can work out the bugs and kinks.
