Xoops Review Module Needed

I'm looking for a Reviews module for Xoops (http://www.xoops.org)

I wish it to work simlar to http://www.punknews.org/reviews.php

As well as being listed like so:

There must also be catagories which can be set by admin.

The reviews script must use Xoops permissions, so a admin can allow only certian groups to be able to post reviews and read reviews, so we may set subscription members permission to post a review (subject to admin verification) and we may allow all users to view reviews.

Users must also be able to upload images (Amount of images set by admin and group permissions)

Users must be able to use Xoops search.

The send a review must use the xoops send functions and not open a seperate E-mail client.

Must work on all OS with Xoops CMS and must be fully incorperated into Xoops
