We are looking for someone who has experience creating graphics for professional business websites. (Doctors, Lawyers, Financial Firms, etc.)Must have samples and proof of work to be considered.
We need a "title image" (High Quality JPEG file) for the top of a Wordpress Blog. The image is for a professional chiropractic firm and must incorporate specific colors and also be symbolic of chiropractic work.
Looking to use designer for future work after this job is complete for other business websites we create.
If hired ability to communicate via AIM or Yahoo Messenger during the project, is a definitely a plus.

6. Show IP address from where its visiting
7. 3-dimensional galleries, high graphics (if needed)
8. Audio and video(if needed)
9. Customers can contact you & comment, contact us page in HTML and PHP when a viewer fills the form, it validates all the fields and then send all the fields directly to your email and at the same time another mail of thank you will be sent to the viewer and page is redirected to thankyou page.

I have done this type of work and can deliver on time for the prescribed budget. I do custom look and feel templates for any CMS or for standard HTML websites for $200.00 It's my stock and trade. All custom templates includes WC3 validations, web 2.0 standards.
You get 2 DHTML pages, (1 Homepage template, 2 inner page template), an image component template that stores the images for the template to be kept separate from the site content images. You also get a flat file (.jpg) and a layered file (.psd).
Templates are ready to build from. Navigation, sidebars and content areas expand downward. All regions are commented to allow rapid development.
So please take this into consideration when you are choosing your designer.
