Need someone full time (8hrs pure working time)-With little or no distraction
Philippine VA
Probation week (6 days) is paid. if you perform well, you will go into another 1-mth probation, which require you to also work 6 days a week. But after the 2nd probation, you'll have 5-day week and also payment increment.
this one week probation is also paid on the rate of 100/mth, so you will get $25 at the end of the week with a review if you should continue or terminate.
if you have a positive result you will continue, with USD$100/mth until you get confirmation to be permanent, after which you will get a pay increment and also a 5-day week.
how fast you get promoted to permanent depends on the performance and many other factors.
And, I know about the 13th month, you'll have that as well.
This job will sometimes requires you to share your computer screen with us during your working hours to see your level of trust.
Please note that you are not to be working for another person or company, also please clarify if something is limiting your productivity.
You need A MIC and a speaker/headphone
