1. receives signal with a P.I.C.R.A.M (PHOTONIC IONIC CLOTH RADIO AMPLIFIER MASER) US patent number 5,247,933
2. utilizes an ambient power schematic; as well as inverting the signal within a tuned op
amp.(the tuneing of the op amp in order to not receive re-transmission)
3. modulates the inverted signal within a 2.4 ghz oscillator signal.(as a further op amp and oscillator)
4. transmits a 2.4 ghz modulated signal (the inversion) at a 3-10 meter propagation.
IT,S NOT ILLEGAL DUE TO THE DESIRED PROPAGATION, ON TUNING, AND INVERSION BEING WITHIN THE "elf" SPECTRUM.
The device already has its parts spare p.c.b and developers choice of p.c.b components.(apart from it,s switch)

Also am much experienced in search coil magnetometer,also i have designed a device which can grab and detect the various space frequencies from 0khz to 32khz. Even i have developed a system to amplify 1 milli volt to 100.
