2.reply customer's email, so if have customer service experience will be better.

I have lived In England for over 5 years studying and working. I have done all sorts of jobs from cleaning to preparation of financial accounts, though I am an Accountant by profession .
You would find me very helpfull as I am a multi-tasking person. I do website design and can also do simple design of letter heads. My rate per hour would be £5-£6 per hour. I can also handle telephone conversation as my accent is very neutral and clear and i also understand english very well.
