Project Description:
hi all,I want some one to design and build a website for rental accommodations. The site will have a home page where I can give space advertisers. This will have 2 parties. One buy side another rent side. Rent side will list the properties on the website by paying a nominal fee(should be able to convert currency USD , INR) and the listing will be available for some period on the website. The buy side will get in touch with the rent side if he wants to rent the property. This will be free.
I will need a very nice, modern and catchy design for the website with admin panel to manage the website. I will also need a payment gateway where I can accept payments via PayPal and credit cards.
Please feel free to ask any questions. Time line...I need the site to be up asap.

See the idea is very clear who ever wants to lists for rental he will be charged. For individuals and agents with rooms/flats/ apartments available to let will be charged lets say INR 50 and people who are looking for a room/apartment/flats will be charged lets say INR 25. They will do the payment via credit card or PayPal.
I will need it to be customized and will need support in future for the site.
I will need a payment gateway which will accept credit cards and PayPal.
Security needs to be very tight of the site and needs to be done in Joomla.
