I have a pre-designed template that I would like to have integrated into a fully dynamic site. My site is a portal designed for college students to find links and information about resources that surround their school (bars, taxis, banking). I want users to be able to register with the site and login to post links or information aswell as comment on already posted links. Each province has their own page, and then each school in that province has their own page. For specific pages aside form the university pages:

Each university page needs a list of links divided by "banking" "local media" "taxi services" "bars" "other". Each page also needs a map of the university's city and the ability to add links, comment on links, and rate links. The newest links need to appear on the homepage.

I have an articles page that I would like to be able to post articles on and allow users to comment on them and rate them. A "newest articles" section on the homepage has to be connected to this in a way that they will appear on the homepage.

I want a phpbb forum integrated into my site. Users that have registered with my site should be able to login to the forum using the same registration details. Where it says "blog updates" on the homepage will become "lastest forum posts" with the latest posts.

On the homepage, the "blog" link will eventually become "scholarships". I want a scholarship page that I would like to be able to add links and information regarding scholarships to. Users should also be able to add, comment, and rate these postings.

Aside from this I also need a sitemap and a contact page, with contact forms.

I do not need a search option, I will be using google for my sitewide and webwide search.
