Should have option of supporting importing of datafeeds via csv/xml.

Should have option to support API for ebay, shopping.com, yahoo shopping (admin area should have area for admin to insert affiliate id's as when user is redirected cookie will be set)

Script needed be based on the price comparison script that Kaonsoftwares.com offers ( please see the front end and admin demo of the site over at http://www.kaonsoftwares.com/price-comparison-script.html )
