I need a Wordpress template completed, delivered, with the ability to be modified by myself in the future immediately.

It will consist of a column for the blog, a column for archives, search (must be an image used for search box), widgets, etc. and I need a column for advertisements. (3 columns). Ideally, Advertisements - Blog - Archive/Widget Sidebar. It must be widget ready. The footer should be able to have the basic WP items.

The header needs to be an image. In that needs to be an image map/clickable links. I also need the pages for the links created. Currently it will be a link to go back to the blog, images (which I just need the link and a blank page created...we're not to the images content stage yet), columns (again, blank, just need the link to function to its blank page) and a page with a "contact us" form.

I will supply all images; you do not need to create images, only a template. If an image I send needs to be modified for size, etc, let me know and I'll rapidly return the correction to you.

This is a complete buy out of the template. There will be a confidentiality agreement to be signed as this is a new project not to be leaked before its launch.

If the winner of this project delivers a quality project, you will be used for future work. This can be discussed further at the conclusion of this project.
