got a shopping store and I receive many leads for newsletter and promotion offers.My current hosting doesn't let me send more then 10k emails a day and even most of them goes to junk.
I need a solution a high level solution where I can send 100,000 to 500,000 emails a day and all should go in INBOX.
You guys are expert and you know how things work and what are the tricks and mechanism behinds software, there relations etc.
I need a solution on my email marketing campaigns.Most important thing is to making sure it goes in inbox
Explain me in detail that what stuffs are involved generally for example ?
1, Which script ?
2, Which servers are best ?
3, Which ISPs to use ?
4, Which IPs to use ?
etc etc

Hi,
The first component to email marketing is a properly setup and registered server.
Take google’s requirements: http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=81126
It’s the same for Yahoo and all the other providers. Use a business line with a static IP from a cable or fiber optic company, not DSL. Buy a good computer with a lot of memory for your server.
Use Linux and have it configured with Domainkeys or DKIM, SPF etc.
Then comes your mailing list software. There are many online. Search and compare them. Buy the one that fits your budget.
After all this, it still isn’t a guarantee that %100 of your emails will reach a user’s inbox because each provider still runs your mail through their spam filter and they are all automatic based on what users trash everyday.
The last step is to test your emails before sending out each campaign.
It’s continual work but just think, if it was easy then all emails would bypass all these checks and we know that that’s not true.over 2 years ago
