I need a middleware application that uses VLC Media Manager options or FFMPEG options as Middleware for Video Streaming control of my web site's media.

This is an extremely serious application that controls media streams to end points in Multicast/Unicast modes.

If you have not developed such application in the past, do not bid.

Each and Every bid will be rejected unless the bidder pastes the sample VLC Middleware code in the PM Box, to prove that he has done such work.

Skills required:

AJAX, Apache, PHP, Ruby & Ruby on Rails, Video Services
