We are looking for an expert flash programmer. Our product is very unique and exciting. We have been developing this for many months now. We are currently finishing up the first phase of this product. We need another person to start on phase 2 specs.Requirements are below.
Expert action scripting.
Rock solid XML knowledge.
Object oriented conceptual knowledge.
Expert communication abilities.
Good artistic flash abilities.
Remote development experience.
Team development experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Minimum 3-5 years full time flash development experience.

This posting is for full time work as a flash developer. Full time is a minimum of 8 hours per day. Five days per week. Detailed daily reports are part of the requirements for this job. 3-6 months at the minimum is required for this job.
