I need a recruiting website similiar to www.meederby.com or www.cybercoders.com whereas I will be able to accept resumes from candidates and have the ability to post jobs from employers. I need something that is very clean and professional. No flash. I need the ability to collect names and email addresses for emailing purposes as well. (I do not know if that is considered database management or not?!!?) Since the recruiting company that I worked for just went out of business, I need to be very cost conscious. I will be able to supply the text, logo, but not graphics.Skills required:

I have 5 years experience in I've jsp/java development but for the past 2 years but I've been working in London creating financial tools (used within the company) for a financial services company.
