I'm looking for a clone of utahbuild.com, but for California. California is much larger than Utah, so we may have to divide things up into counties or by zip codes or something. You can give some advice to me on this.utahbuild.com is heavy on the advertising as you'll see. Let's figure out some way to make sure that its easy to upload an ad and be able to track it with statistics, collect payment, etc.
Also, I've listed Windows/ASP/MSSQL as the route to go, but I'm not married to it. I don't care which route we go really as long as it is fast, functionable, and scalable.
Above all, it needs to be as automated as possible. I don't want to spend a bunch of time babysitting it.
I don't have much of a budget, but I'm working on it. Let's see what happens!
