I need a webcam chat script for my site. It must not use any third party utility like FCS. It must be easily integarted with my site. Will pay through ONLY paypal. Under no circumstance i will escrow the amount. Pls understand i have burned my hands twice and don't want to get fooled again. If don't agree than pls don't bid. The person who get selected will be given access to my server he have to install it on my server and show me the working. After i get satisfied i will pay u. Before selecting i need to see some demos of similar work.

There is many diffent types of ways do this though:
The basic way - the way thats done most often on the web.
Is polling:
This can be done a lot of diffent ways, Most common are javascript and flash.. old ones use meta refresh tags even.
Basicly you upload a jpg to a site every 2-3 seconds,useing some program. The site/Image then refreshes that image/page client side. This is of corse not smooth motion, its a budget webcam.
The other way is streaming, and it is more generally expensive to do, you require a streaming server somewhere with good bandwith. The server provides a 'stream' of data to the client.. that should be scalable to meet what the clients connection can handle.
This is what FCS and a handle full of other server software are for .. notice most of the prices of them also start out above 1000 dollars.over 7 years ago

Almost All webcam scripts use some sort of 3rd party tool.
Something has to grab the image from your webcam and upload it thats the bare mininum.over 7 years ago
