Project Description:

I operate a number of ecommerce websites and have a fair bit of experience in this industry. I rate my ability to solve most problems with my online businesses and have a fair bit of experience in marketing online.

One of my ecommerce websites is converting very poorly despite large amounts of highly qualified traffic. I can't work out why. It is a basic ebook product with a single sales page linking to an externally hosted payment gateway. It receives 1500-2000 uniques per day - mainly from a highly focussed and extensively optomised Adwords campaign which is managed by an ex Google Adwords employee. It has been established for almost 12 months and has no significant competition in its very narrow niche.

I am looking for someone who can suggest ways to improve my conversions including reviewing the sales process and sales page. I am NOT looking for someone to make the changes for me or someone who works mainly on the technical side. I am also NOT looking for advice on SEO. I am looking for someone who specialises exclusively in consulting to people needing help with conversion improvement and other ecommerce enhancement strategies. Experience working on projects outside the US would be an advantage.
