Web Design and Web contentMy business setup internet portals and web sites. I have a team of programmers who are good at the technical stuff but I require someone to look at the design of the websites and to give instruction to the development team on how to progress. I am looking for someone who knows what a good website is, not just in terms of look and feel but also user friendliness. You must be able to use Dreamweaver and be familiar with new techniques employed in other sites that could be used in our sites. I am looking for someone who can work independently from a brief and produce designs in an efficient and professional manner. The portals will be on differing topics and you will have to quickly bring yourself up to speed on the relevant topic.
You will provide any content necessary for sites and push them through to a launch. This will require good writing skills. Once launched you will be required to revisit the sites regularly and keep them fresh with new features and content.
All your designs and suggestions will be sent to me. I will review them and pass them onto the programmers. Once changes have been implemented you will check the work is correct. I need someone to come in and drive these projects through to completion. Payment will be agreed at beginning of each project and will be paid on completion of project. Do not reply if you require up front payments. I will have a lot of work over the coming years so it will work out quite lucrative for the right person.
I feel this sort of work would suit an individual freelancer rather than a design company and I would prefer someone from India with perfect English. Let me know the sites you have designed in the past and give me examples of your work and your skills & expertise.
