Project Description:

We need a call center with enough reps to perform 1000-1200 calls per week. B2B operation only.

We require a provider that has a credible track record in performing these services.

All leads and sales script will be provided by our company. Suggestion or adjustments made to script is welcomed. All leads will be businesses within the U.S. Business leads are to be directed to a website or live transferred to our office. A split test will be conducted to determine which method will be used in the future.

As a call center, you will be acting as one of the sales officers for our company so you Must stick to the script.

Operation consists of outbound dialing. No hard sales, we offer a service that every business wants: we offer them low cost, effective marketing they need. Also, live transfers are an important part; so your center must have the ability to transfer calls to our office immediately.

The Goal for a rep:

1. Successfully point customer to website and walk them through till the sale is complete.
2. If the business lead is unsure and needs additional information, then ask if they would like to speak with an Account Specialist and perform Live Transfer.

If your reps are not US-accent trained, clear speaking, and fluent in English, do not apply.
